Clean absolutely every time and short drying time, unlike the others.
Eric was our technician this time. We have used Chem-dry many times and would usually give a 4 star. Only once would I have given them a 3, left too wet. They came back and took care of it. The process is terrific but the technicians skills make the biggest difference. Eric did the Best job!! Gold Star!
