Eric was our technician this time. We have used Chem-dry many times and would usually give a 4 star. Only once would I have given them a 3, left too wet. They came back and took care of it. The process is terrific but the technicians skills make the biggest difference. Eric did the Best job!! Gold Star!

I am moving, so booked Chen-Dry for my empty homes before and after moving. The one I'm moving into has been cleaned, and it was done efficiently, thoroughly and professionally.
