RecommendedAwesome pet store with great customer service! Very knowledgeable employees that are more than willing to share information. I’m looking to get my first snake and they’ve taught me how to handle them and gave me a great deal on a cage! Any questions I’ve had on caring for the snake have been answered fully. Will definitely be buying my snake from them once I get my all of my supplies!! :)

RecommendedI have been going here for yrs for all my feeders and other reptile needs I have been to pet stores all over houston galveston over 20 yrs of animals from fish reptiles and birds in the last 4 5 yrs I dont any more I will only go to rainforest if they dont have what I need they will get it and I will wait for them to get it before I go anywhere else
I love this store have been going here off and on for more than a decade they have everything I've ever needed for reptiles have been going more often for the last 4 months I have never been disappointed.
Always stop here to look at what new they got
If I could score a zero I would, could not meet expectations and no knowledge of what they claim to have. Extremely nice people, but are not knowledgeable in their trade..... think twice before letting them near your animals!!! A few of mine died....

Absolutely disagree and would like if you could message us personally to discuss why you would think this. If a new employee wasn’t knowledgeable I would like to know what you were told and why it led you to believe this. We had several new hire changes and some feedback on what happened would be much appreciated when you get a moment.
Today was our first visit at rainforest pets and it was a pleasant one. We bought a tarantula today and the woman we talked to was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the different species of spiders. All pets look greatly taken care of and u can tell that the staff love all the animals at their facility. Will definitely go back for future purchases. Highly recommend Rainforest Pets for your next animal purchase :) Thanks Guys, We really appreciate your help P.s. I'll be back for that adorable hedgehog :)
