They were super helpful in helping us pick out the setup for my Daughters first Leopard Gecko. Answered all our questions. It was a great experience.

The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. They truly care about your pet and help in any way they can.
There are 20-30 rats in each shoe box and that is toooo many. They have no room to move and look very uncomfortable. This is cruel and I don't recommend shopping there.

We sell pet rats and we sell feeder rats, which I’m sure you are aware of. All laboratory rats and small mammals are regulated by USDA and they make rat and mouse racks such as the one they are kept in at the shop. As of tonight, we have bought 6 snakes and 5 set ups from you guys. We purchase their food from you every Saturday as well as the food for our bearded dragon.
