This is the best store I'm always looking for a family owned pet shop I hate shopping at the big pet store u get so much more information from a family store we just bought a panther cameleon from them a few days ago OMG he's such a baby he love to be held and hate go in back in his cage anyways great place to shop

Was looking for large feeders for my Red Tailed Boa so I called to see if they had any and when they closed they said yes they have them but closed at 7..... (it was about 6:55) so I said darn I’d try again tomorrow.... they asked where I was (about ten minutes away) then insisted I came in tonight and would stay open just for me! Not to mention they stayed open but ultra friendly and helpful!! I wish I would’ve got the two ladies names but I’m sure I will learn them as they now have a forever customer in me!!!

Did you know they do AMAZING parties?!? We loved having them for our sons birthday! The variety of animals and the hands on was a party all our friends and their kids are still talking about! Holding snakes, petting bunnies and learning about different reptiles - excellent experience!! Highly highly highly recommend them!!
Just realized we've been going here for 9 years. Only store we will go to for our exotics and needs. When we moved 150 miles away we still came down to get stuff. Great people and knowledgeable!

My best friend talked me into getting a tarantula a few months ago and I went to Rainforest Pets to see their selection. I spoke with Cara about them. Cara was knowledgeable, super friendly and it's obvious she truly cares about the well being of the tarantulas and all the animals there. I've since had the opportunity to talk and work with the rest of the staff and each one is friendly, knowledgeable and more than happy to help in whatever way they can.
