I brought in an abandoned baby rat that I was caring for ,and got super attached to, for advice and help with care. I walked into Rainforest Pets today just to see what was up because I really want a rabbit in the future. I spoke to Taylor. She was sooo knowledgable, talking to me about different types of rabbits and giving me a quick intro to how i would care for one. She also talked to me about rats because my niece really wants one. I will definitely be returning for a rabbit one day!
15 years ago, I walked into this store on an errand run. It's been so long, I don't even remember what I originally went in for. What I do remember is the cage full of kittens by the front door, and in it was a tiny ginger runt that stole my heart. I brought him home immediately. He was with us for 15 years, and was the sweetest, cuddliest, most gentle-hearted companion I've had. We lost him yesterday, after a long and happy life. Amazing place! We bought a bearded dragon from a popular retail chain for my son (big mistake-sick from get go!). We brought him & his tank into Rainforest for tips & help, but it was too late. Our beardie died, my son was heart broken. Not only did Rainforest talk with my son to ensure him he didn’t do anything wrong, they fixed up his tank with all natural plants, got it all set up, & when my son was ready helped him pick out a new baby beardie from there! Great customer service and staff. We just purchased a leopard gecko from here last weekend. Taylor took the time to show my kids and I each and every reptile available, answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable and helpful. She told us what all each reptile needed as far as care & habitat,made sure that we had everything we needed, and even set up our gecko's aquarium and carried it out to the car for us. We were very pleased with the purchase and the choice of where we purchased from. :)
