Rainforest pets is my favorite pet supply shop in the Houston area. Their customer service has always been excellent when I go and they genuinely care about the animals they sell. 10/10 would recommended:)
My friend dropped off some rabbits (donated) and asked them if they can help find them a nice home. The company agreed to do this and were happy to say yes only to turn right around and post and advertise on Facebook that they have a new batch of feeder rabbits for SALE. They never had the interest or intention to find a home for these pets that were raised by a young girl. Only to sell them and make a profit on a promise of finding them a home on pets that were donated!!!Shame on them!! Smh 🤦♂️
Do not shop Rainforest Pets. Even if you have pets that eat live animals, please shop elsewhere. Rainforest Pets agreed to find homes for these rabbits, but are selling them instead as snake food. Don’t do business with liars. I am not opposed to people having snakes for pets or feeding them properly. Rainforest Pets lied. Love your snakes, but consider what Rainforest Pets did to this family.
