Only because the staff were attentive & all round good. Death bells are tolling for Katy Mills location. Aquariums are all void of fish. No more rain, it looks like they are about to shut It down . Use to be a main attraction for the mall. Disappointing now. Even the gift shop was lacking.
It's about the experience for the kids. The food is passable.
Service b-a-d, service terrible waited to long to get food, Manger not apologetic at all blamed on the fact they were busy but we're not lot empty seats, will not go back plus prices way to high terrible.
The place was crowded with many other's celebrating birthdays but our party (20+) received excellent service & the food was really good.
Absolutely fantastic! !!�����i will definitely be back
