Went there yesterday for the Cha Cha Easter breakfast and egg hunt. I have been before for this event, this was 1st year we had to pay, $45 for 2 kids and adult. It was not worth it. The food was cold, there was no balloonist as before and the egg hunt was horrible for older kids. By the time 7 & up got to go, there were hardly any eggs left. Also, could not hear the person an ouncing, need a better audio system so that people sitting in back can hear.
Always enjoy the atmosphere, would love to see one eventually near the Premium Outlets San Marcos, Tx

The WORST Rainforest Cafe I've ever been to! Really bummed because we had been looking forward to the food, fun & atmosphere ALL day! Ugh! Never coming back to Katy Mills Rainforest Cafe, sticking to the ones we regularly visit on vacation.

Food took a long time, at least an hour from the time we ordered. It's over priced but I'm sure that's for the novelty. My granddaughter couldn't chew her grilled chicken as some was burnt. I have to rate food and service a 3. Not really thrilled to return to this one or the galleria one service and food the same. Mall of America in Minnesota is better even when busy.
