Waiter forgot straws, took an additional 10 minutes for him to bring one after we asked. He hardly ever checked on us. The rest of the waitstaff was at our table more than he was. If they were busy I would have understood, but they weren't. Then once we paid, he came back to our table twice before he even bringing us our change, and when he did, he asked if I needed change back. Very neat place to go but as far as the food it was not good at all!!!
This place is amazing and is a great place to bring the whole family. The sound effects and the moving animatronics will leave you mesmerized. Can't wait to go again �
We go when it is not going to be super busy as this is a very popular place! Always have fantastic service, the queso is great, and the burgers are the best anywhere!
Our grandsons loved the experience. The atmosphere of wild animals are lots of fun! Really loved the person who came to our table dressed in rainforest costume. I very much enjoyed watching the kids notice each of the animals in motion, their sounds as well as the awesome fake thunder storms! The food is good FYI, some choices were a bit pricier than I expected.
