Terrible! Food was terrible! We waited 55 minutes to sit in a half empty restaurant. Then they tried to seat 3 people in a little two to until I threw a fit about it. Not the hostesses fault. Just Terrible Managment! We will not be back.
The service was absolutely amazing! My two year old wasn't a big fan of Cha Cha the frog, so they asked him to avoid our direction. Once she warmed up to the life sized animals (and some animals larger than usual) she really loved it. They also did great at catering to my mother's gluten intolerance. And on top of all that, the food was awesome!
Heavily disappointed in the waiters service yesterday & the other tables he was servicing as well. Just completely horrible. I've had bad service countless times but they had NOTHING on this guy. I spoke with the manager who explained (without excuses) that the waiter simply must be having a bad day. It happens & I can understand that. Seemed understaffed as the service was very slow! Took over an hour to receive our meals after the orders were placed. Refills were few and far between. Both the salads and the main courses came out at the same time. The food was fresh and tasty. Staff didn't clear the table of dishes prior to dessert or bringing the check.
It was a great experience. We really got a kick out of the frog walking around. Very interactive with the people
The atmosphere was wonderful the waitress was outstanding and the food was remarkable!! The best clam chowder I have ever eaten and the cheese sticks were the best. Truly enjoyed the Reuben sandwich!!!
