Service leaves a bit to be desired, awfully slow , long waiting time. The food and ambiente was excellent
We will never go back and actually got up and walked out. The music was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation and our waiter had to ask three times what we said we wanted to drink. It also took over fifteen minutes for our waiter to even come to the table and then we watched him just stand and talk with other waiters for another ten minutes before even bringing us our drinks. We had an excellent experience at the Rainforest Cafe in the Katy Mills Mall, Katy, Tex. Our server, Michael was very attentive and polite. The food was very tasty. There was a one meal that could have been better, which was the taco salad, no taco sauce was offered. We ate there on April 1, 2018
Great place to take kids..They love it..Food is a little expensive,but you are paying for the experience..Worth it though.
It was a birthday luncheon for my mom she turned 77 this year and also my dad accompanying us he is 83yrs young OK so this was an awesome atmosphere for him never seen nothing like this in his life customer service was awesome outstanding performance from Ethan you are wonderful give you five stars Thanks guy for a great services well done and the Amazon platter was awesome I love sizzling platter entering the table has such a unique affects
