Overall, the wait was about 15 minutes to be seated, only to enter the restaurant and see it was hardly full. The waiter was mediocre and the good average. The overall appearance of the restaurant was ok but all of the "jungle" could have used a cleaning/dusting. Just average experience overall.
Our first time here. The kids enjoyed it. However the restaurant had about 6 families eating. Tons of staff, but it took forever to get our drinks and food. Manager asked if we were done and if we wanted boxes. Yes. 15 minutes no boxes, ask waiter again, 10 minutes later. Wrong bill and forever to get that taken care off. Food was great, service bad. Even had to wait to buy toys for the kids and the girl continued to sweep until she was done to ring us up.
My fiance ate the burger n he said it was gud.... I ate the pot roast was awesome
Our first time and we will definitely be back. The wait staff were all awesome, very courteous!! And the ambience and food we great 👍🏽 we really enjoyed the thunderstorms and the moving and noise from the animals
Kids love it, we had good service. Food was good. We'll go back again soon.
I really enjoyed myself. The staff wad very ATTENTIVE and my FOOD was SCRUMPTIOUS.
