Great atmosphere but the staff forgot our appetizer and the food was just not good. It included a croissant that was rock hard, soup that tasted like it was from a can, a sangria that tasted horrible and made with old wine and a hamburger bun that was just all wrong. We kept a positive attitude however for my son.
Had a ball! Food and drinks was good. Great place to take your whole family.

The food was great, the atmosphere was awesome, the service was wonderful, and the price, well I'm just going to leave it like that. I'll go again someday but I won't do it every week.
It was a pretty nice place to eat. Cafe are usually a step above fast food but below a fancy restaurant. It was a bit of a price for the type food. $110 for three people eating off lunch menu was too high cost. Would be better if price reduction on the food! Would not return again due to price. A drink 4 bucks.
Shout out to manager Ashley at the Katy Mills RainForest Cafe. I spoke to her about my son's food allergies for a school field trip. She spoke to the chef and they came up with a couple of menu choices and called me back to let me know. Ashley was awesome and so was the chef. Thank you!
We went this weekend to celebrate my grandaughters birthday. The food was good and our waiter Bryan was nice. No complaints.
Food is good. Atmosphere can be a bit scary for the little ones
