I sat at the bar so I didn't have to wait a half hour. It took 10 minutes to get a menu. The bartender was my waitress, and she was swamped. She finally took my order, and the food came out. I got the pasta that was like a chicken Alfredo. I asked for more Alfredo sauce and was told absolutely. I waited for close to 15 minutes. Finally I asked the bartender and she went back to get me some. By then the pasta was cold. The meal was way overpriced and without flavor.
My Mom and Sister-in-laws 1st time visiting! That though everything was a hoot and the food was awesome! So glad they got to experience it with us!
I thought it went well concidering how busy it got. I made a reservation the night before an was able to get one. They had good customer service and everything was done in a timely matter. I will definitely e returning. Good job!
We loved the atmosphere (we have 2 kiddos). So that part was neat. The service was pretty good but the food.... my husband has a gluten allergy. We loved the attention to detail in ordering for his allergy however when his food came out it was like a petrified piece of chicken, no flavor and hard as a rock. The kids both had sliders the bread was hard and all of our fries were cold. It would have been a lot better experience if the food was better. This was the first time I have been to this location since it moved. It is much smaller than it was when it was on the first floor but still a novelty to visit. I ordered my favorite dish Rasta Pasta expecting the dish to be just as yummy as it has been in the past. t was not. I didn't eat most of it. I was with my young granddaughter and she really enjoyed it. Her food was good to her and she had fun. For me however, I would not go there again unless I took another grandchild.
