We were first in line for opening on Monday, 8/21, and expected a very nice seat. We were instead originally seated in the bar area where you can't see the Rain Forest attractions. We asked to move to a booth and the waiters were a bit confrontational. They said they didn't have any extra seating due to the number of reservations. They did finally seat us in a booth next to the exit where you could see some of the attractions. Atmosphere was awesome!! Service was great!! food was good but could have been better
Food and service were pretty good, except they forgot the ketchup for our fries. I helped myself to some from another table. It was extremely expensive. At that price, I expect something as basic as ketchup to be remembered. Inside the main restaurant was extremely loud, and we had to move to the patio, where it's slightly less noisy bc my son was crying. Food was delicious though.
It was the best food I've eaten at any RFC. The service was excellent, the staff was warm & friendly. We will definitely be back to this location.
