Food and service were good. High volume restaurant due to its location so don't expect 5 star food. Atmosphere is great.
Service was very bad to long of a wait to get our food
Family was treated very rudely.. Sadly will not be returning..
We generally love RFC. However, since when do pets get to come in? There was a very yappy little dog with the couple next to us. No it wasn't a service dog or identified as such in any way. Just a yappy ass dog that spoiled the entire atmosphere. Service dogs lay quietly at their persons feet.
This was my first going to Rainforest Cafe. Unfortunately it will be my last my entire order was not good ordered a side of coconut shrimp and Chicken stripes and we're not even crispy no taste what so ever smh. Service I have to say was a 10 but not the food. Wait time was 2 hrs and sadly it was definitely not worth the wait.
Food was just ok. Fun atmosphere for kids. Will never be a girst choice for me.
Food is great had the salmon Siracha and it was amazing. What I liked is that workers there make your experience fun because they are very friendly
I live the enviroment its very fun for the kids and truly transports you into a different setting. Everything there was great including the service. Only thing is they have less food optionsthen they did before and the spaghetti was a luttle bland.
The food quality was poor. Blue cheese dressing was mayo and a little cheese. Steak cold butter wouldn't melt. BBQ sauce was ketchup and cumin. Yuk
