Had reservations for 4:30. I am also a member of the Landry club. It was not full at all and they put us at the worst table, next to the hostess table and the bar. Had to ask to be moved. Food was not good, had the hamburger. Disappointed
This might have been a great place when it first opened, years ago, but there's nothing to write home about in the customer service or food and beverage departments. It's Downtown Disney, maybe they don't care because they know they'll be busy, regardless. However, had I looked up yelp ratings for this one, or even all Rainforest Cafes, I would not have bothered to wait 2 hours to be seated. Great Service, good food..great fit out!! The seating process wasn't functional during a busy period.
Horrible breakfast and lousy service. We made the reservations from WA for our trip to California and it was so disappointing. The best part was the fish tank guy! The worst..the family colon cleanse:(
Well I should have known that the prices for dinner would be pricy...but u would expect great tasting food. To me it was just OK, nothing that would draw me back again. The service was great, our waiter went out of his way to please us. And management gave us a free desert for our concerns, although I found out we would have gotten said desert because of my grandsons 5th birthday. Be ready for a hefty bill for a family of 4.
The wait is horrible. The decor is dirty and cheap. The prices are ridiculous! The food is disgusting....If you want to experience over priced but GOOD food, make your reservation for Blue Bayou inside of Disneyland. The ONLY good thing about this tourist trap is the staff. Oh, and don't order water, tastes like it came straight out of the Jungle Cruise river...blech!
The selection and variety of choices has gone down tremendously, their entire menu is just one page single side. The service was good despite it being packed on a Monday night. The food was good but for the price they charge it could be beefed.
It is a very unique restaurant. Enjoyed the food. Would have love it more if every single person on planet earth wasn't at Disneyland Resort that day...too packed to make the 5th star!
