The host seated me quickly outside on the 2nd floor or wait 30-35 min to be seated inside. I choosed the outside at the time for the nice weather and fast seating. The server helped eachother by bringing food and taking orders but I did have my own server. I ordered appetizers and my food which was served very well and in a timely manner. Food was excellent, super fun atmosphere. Nothing better than the magic of Downtown Disney so this is my favorite Rainforest location.

Yes it’s pricey, you have to be patient and you could say the service is slow. But it’s a theme restaurant in Downtown Disney so yes it’s crazy because they are slammed! But it’s fun to eat there my burger was cooked to perfection. We enjoyed each other’s company while waiting. The staff were very accommodating. Our server spoke to our serverly handicapped adult daughter in a wheelchair like she did everyone else so baby talk or totally ignoring her. We were there Friday night, with a party of about 15. They accommodated us in a private little section outside! The waiter asked the chef to speak to me about my dairy allergy, he suggested a meal and delivered it to me himself. Thank you! I would recommend this place to everyone! �
Great food great atmosphere my burger was cooked to perfection and the volcano dessert is excellent we will return

First came in and sat at the bar to wait for our table. Bartender ignored me for about 15 mins or so. My husband had to flag him down to order me a cocktail. Our table was finally ready which we had to locate ourselves upstairs. Then it took forever for our server to even acknowledge us. We had to flag down the manager just to get refills. Food took for ever and was cold and nasty. Server went on break and we never saw his relief. Worst service and food ever!!! Will never go back
The food was better than the last time I was there a few years ago. However the prices are outrageous for what you get. $18.00 for a burger and fries? Seriously? This was my daughter's 17th Birthday party. The food was good the service was better than previous visits as well. All in all everyone had a good experience but mine ended when I got the check.
