This is our second time there. Our son loves the place how couple you not the atmosphere is amazing, however the wait was an hour and fifteen minutes. We walked around downtown Disneyland so that was fine then we returned we still had to wait another 20 minutes. Not cool. The service was good and the food was ok I would not call it great. By the time we were eating we were starving so anything would have been fine
Great customer service - the best! The price is on the higher side, but it is Downtown Disney. Treat yourself to some good grub!
Service was great, food was delicious (except for the salsa for the nachos wasn't really appetizing) but other that that everything was PERFECT❤️

We waited 30 minutes to be seated, which we expected, and we were seated at the time given. It took them 20 minutes to take our order and another 40 minutes for the food to arrive. A long time to wait as an adult let alone a child. When the food came out it was warm at best. The service was polite but in a restaurant as busy as the Rainforest being told our food would be out shortly but they had a large party was unacceptable. We should not have to wait 40 minutes and then receive warm food as best.
We need more lightning and thunder everything else was just excellent
We walked in and put our names on the list. But the young woman said. You should sit by the bar. There's a 1/2 hour waiting time for a table inside. So I said. No thanks. We will wait. Then she called us later. .then we walked alone to the second floor.... What a surprise! Several tables were available inside....why do they try to force us to sit with the drunks ... That's not nice...
