Always a pleasure to spend special moments at The Rainforest Cafe. It has never disappointed. Great atmosphere, great service and great weather. Hehe Food is delicious and plenty of it. Great for families with kids.
Food is very over priced and average. service is slow. I'd say not worth it ! I'll go somewhere else next time
Our daughter has some food allergies. The Rainforest Cafe sent the Kitchen Manager out and took a special order just for her. They were awesome!
Pricy tourist trap. Food is good. Menu selection is minimal. Price is high. Experience is good, especially if you have kids. It's what you'd expect for a restaurant in the middle of Downtown Disney. Want cheaper food, you'll have to drive off site and go elsewhere. If you planned your vacation finances properly, then you'll be fine and the family will enjoy it.

We went to Rainforest cafe on 5/8/17 in Michigan and had a coupon for a free appetizer so the bartender Alexis told the manager and he came over and was asking me at the same time are food was delivered what my phone number was and my email to figure out this coupon for the free appetizer bothering me the whole time our food was there and couldn’t figure it out and I said it was a coupon for a birthday but he kept saying are you in are club and I said no.
