The service was amazing, we waited two hours on a busy Saturday night, but it was worth it. The food came out on time and cooked as we asked. It was my first time and love the experience I got out of it. I highly recommend it. Very family oriented and great service.

For the huge amount of staff on duty no one ever asked if we wanted a refill on our water or soda. Prices are high for mediocre quality food. I had hoped taking time away from the park would at least give us better food but left feeling ripped off and not wanting to leave a tip for poor service. Sorry but I’m not going to sugar coat crappy food and service.

I was terrible food was cold and we cancelled our second drinks because they forgot about them. ESP Zone was delicious we went for dinner.

We were seated in about 20 mins... then our waitress went to lunch and forgot to put our order in ... and I seen people that were seated after us and was eating already and another was already paying ... them another waiter asked us if we needed condiments my wife said food would be better ... then a manager came and said sorry for the wait will give you free desert ... we said no thanks ... and said just our food... mind you our food should take 8 mins to make at most ...sandwich and shrimp plate...and a med rare burger ...... read more
