If anyone needs service of a flagpole, I highly recommend Rainbow Sign and Banner. I called to see if someone could help me with an issue with my rope on my 20 plus foot pole. They came out with their truck, took one look and then drove to the store and picked up the part I needed (a new pulley), returned and repaired it. Then he went the extra mile by coming to my door and asking me for my flag so he could put it up for me!!!
So I've been using Rainbow Sign to create our banners because the customer service I get at Rainbow surpasses that of the other companies in town. My last experience was testimony to their high level of customer service. The gentleman who helped me was patient as I measured and re-measured the dimensions I wanted and though he may have had a large amount of work waiting for him at his desk or workroom, he never indicated he was in a rush. Well done Rainbow Sign and Banner!
Rainbow Sign and banner is a great company. We have used them to install signs on many of our UDOT projects. They have been excellent to work with and their installers do a great job onsite. Malinda has been wonderful to work with as well. She is very timely with all the paperwork and submittals. Great company and great people!
