Stay away. They made me pay out of pocket for a visit because my insurance did not kick in for my newborn. Was told that once insurance was active for him and they got payed I would be reimbursed after 30 days. This was back in May and now at the end of October I am still fighting them. This just goes along with the poor service they have given me. Such as sending my kid to urgent care twice to be seen (during a office visit) because they thought something was wrong. The providers and staff at Rainbow Pediatrics are great and very hard working individuals!
Dr. Tyler and staff are amazing! They spend time getting to know your children and listen to your concerns. I feel that they genuinely care about my children and their well-being. I have had a wonderful experience every time I have taken my children to the office. I feel very confident in the medical care my boys receive there. Highly recommend this place!!
Great pediatrician office with super friendly staff, especially enjoy nurse Kayla and nurse practitioners Ashley and Kim. Great hours and flexibility to accommodate emergency appointments at the last minute. Office is bright and cheerful and in a great location. I would highly recommend to any first time mother or someone looking for a change in pediatricians.

This review is related to the billing practices. My child had a well visit in July. Our well visits do not require a copayment. During the exam, the doctor asked me if I had any questions or concerns, so I brought up a concern, which was addressed and we went on our way. I just was billed a copayment for that appointment for bringing up that concern. If the doctor would have said, "Just to let you know, we will need to charge you to answer your questions" I wouldn't have been happy, but at least I would have known. I don't t... read more
