RecommendedDr. Beaver really cares about her patients. She takes her time with my daughters each time we are in there. It doesn't matter if it is a sick or a well visit she is extremely thorough. As a parent I appreciate that very much and trust her completely. She truly cares about her patients.
If Dr. Bever does not want to take any sick visit, Rainbow Pediatrics should disclose it in office policy. Dr. Bever is so afraid of seeing a minimally sick patient meaning she does not have any care for the patient. How can she be a healthcare professional who is so afraid of minimum sickness of her own patient? My suggestion, she should rethink being in healthcare field. Rainbow pediatrics is not recommended by this family. we had a scheduled wellness appointment, but arrived about 20 minutes late, as we had advised to the practice on the day it was scheduled. upon checking in, we we advised that we missed the appointment time(!), and couldn't be seen today. we were advised to wait to speak with a nurse. she came out and told me we couldn't be seen and had to reschedule the appointment. considering we advised them of this issue, I'm at a loss right now. we are looking elsewhere immediately a... read more
Refused service because we carry BCMH due my son being born with a defect. Mind you that is a secondary insurance. This dr office does not care about the health of the kids.. just about the money.
The staff has always been very patient, kind, caring and accommodating. Amanda worked very hard to get my son seen at the last minute and she could tell I was very concerned. They listen to our concerns and work with us, and as a new parent this is very important to me. We have always had positive experiences with the entire staff.
This is the best facility for new born babies. Dr. Beaver is awesome with Kids. She got the patience to explain things.
