They are kind and understanding. Very friendly staff!!!! Great practice!
Kids flu vaccine clinic poorly run. Waited an hour for a vaccine and name still did not get called from the list. Left and took my daughter to Kroger Minute clinic and got right in. My daughter had her vaccine within a few minutes.
Very unhappy as my daughter went here when she was 1st born and told they could no longer see her bc of our insurance so went elsewhere but now have insurance they do accept and was told she was discharged from their practice and can no longer come back!!! Unbelievable!!!!
Multiple terrible experiences!! Our daughter had open heart surgery at 3 days and when we had her first appointment, the Dr kept asking us what kind of surgery she had! Aren't they suppose to review that before they see the patient? The next Dr we tried was condescending because I wanted to stagger my children's vaccines and he said it was inconvenient for them and that meant we required "special treatment." I am very dissatisfied with their service. My son has very bad eczema and I called to have a prescription refilled and 3 days later it still has not been called in to the pharmacy. This is very unacceptable. We are going take our children to a different practice where their well-being is taken into consideration.
I LOVE the Dr's and it's a shame I have to switch Dr's because of rude staffing
They will not let my child receive the blomdahl piercing because she isn't a patient. Ridiculous policy. I was already willing to drive an hour and thirty minutes just to get this done, since it is the safest/cleanest method for ear peircing.
