Two workers showed up and spent 45 minutes to fix a broken sprinkler line and charged $385. This price was extremely high in my opinion for the work performed. They did not flush the line properly before turning on the water which caused a valve to stick open from stuck debris. Left the sprinkler running with the valve stuck open and said they would return to fix. I never heard back from them so I had to fix it. I will never use this company again for any type of work. Worst work & very sloppy. I paid for a sprinkler system to be installed in the middle of November 2021. Here it is May 1st, 2022 and it still doesn’t work. The owner Jessie Metz won’t answer my calls or come and fix it. He doesn’t give you a contract. No paper work of any kind. He owns J and W Irrigation AND Rainbow Irrigation. Worst work of any kind I have ever seen in my life. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Work!
I was very displeased with the work done by Rainbow Irrigation. I was supposed to have a French drain installed with three downspouts. Lamar advised me that the entire job would take two or three days to complete, a week at most. It ended up taking over two months to complete and it was of poor quality. The French drain was not connected underground and was leaking. He also changed some of my sprinkler heads and they continued to leak even after he said he installed new heads. Lamar was awesome. He and his team real got my system up and running after my yard guys destroyed it over time. He did such a good job we asked them to change out the lawn in the front of the house. A-1 product and work. Great company.
