9 – I have always had a wonderful experience at the Rainbow! We have always had good service, wonderful food and great atmosphere. Definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants around.
Ricey – I definately would go here again and recommend to all my friends. GREAT time had by all!
Exactly..bad – everyone i knew in the twin cities told me to eat there. Why? (well, cuz the cities have no good restaurants) but this one especially overrated, overpriced and underflavored.
