My daughter has been going to see Doctor Tan since she was born, and I love Dr. Tan and her staff. They are all helpful and I would recommend her to any and every one.
i took my son here once and NEVER coming back. her staff is SOOOOOOOOO unprofessional and very unpolite! didnt really give a crap about my kids and messed up my sons shot records!
This has been my kids pediatrician ever since we moved to the Dallas Area. I love how she treats my children. I also love the fact that she knows them by their name! (And we only go yearly for their check-ups), and their staff is always polite and always have availabilty for appointments. We moved to Red Oak but did not want to change her. Excellent Dr. cant express it any other terms!

Im a new father and saw Dr. Tan for the first time for my daughters 2 wk check up. Dr Tan was very patient and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the personel who were very nice and professional.
I absolutely LOVE Dr. Tan! Sheis a busy Dr. but I have never felt brushed off by her at all. My girls love her and I feel that all DR.s are going to give you advice...but thats what it is...ADVICE. Noone (including the Dr.) says that is how you SHOULD do it! She has never made me feel like I HAVE to do what she says as far as feeidng my children or anything else except medicating them. Out of what is available for my sons being on CHIP, this is about the best there is, but unfortunately that is not saying much. Yes, it is clean and has brightly colored walls that are nice for the children, but the doctor is so incredibly busy that she has very little time with each patient. You really need to speak up-and quickly or else she will be out the door. She is nice enough and gentle with the children, but as i said she just does not have enough time in my opinion for so many patients. She has had to see us in the... read more
The staff is very professional and I love the Doctor. Everything there seems very neat and squeaky clean. They are up to date on their technology and the Doctor really knows what shes doing. I love the waiting area, its bright for the kids and they always have the latest movies on for the children. ITs a drive for me but I wouldnt take my boys anywhere else!
