Terrible place!! The first time I took my child to this place it was packed!! No where to sit, I arrived about 10 mins early and didn t get seen till about two hours later. When the dr came in she did not introduce herself so not sure who she was and basically listened to my child s heart and lungs asked me one question. Then had a nurse test him for flu. It came back positive and she came back in to say I ordered tamiflu . She asked If I wanted it next door or somewhere else. Then she said okay and rushed out. I had no time... read more
i love dr tan.ive been taking my kids there for 7 years.love most of the staff.it doesnt take very long unless you call the same day.i trust her and i know that she knows very well what shes doing!!love rainbow childrens:)
this place is bad.. worst place you can take ur children.. im looking for a new doctor today! i would never recommend this place to someone.. horrible staff, ok doctor shes kinda rude, and it takes forever to be seen
Dr. Tan is nice but the other parents are correct. She is too busy and it takes a long time.
Even though the doctors are nice, it takes completely too long to be seen. I was glad to hear Dr. Taylor was gone. Anyway, We have been back and forth so many times for the same problem and no one can really tell us whatss wrong or how to help it. I will be searching for a new Doctor today!
Okay, this place is a HOOOOOOOOOT mess, Dr, tan is nice, pleasant, but I dont think she takes time to review the patients, and the staff! they think they own the place, terrible service, they treat us(parents) like crap! I am finding my son a Doctor today!
this is the worst doctors officeive ever been to.. i stopped taking my kids there some time ago..the staff is unprofessional, and unorganized..they are constanty messing up things, im not the type to complain but this place is ridiculous.u would think those girls got there degree outta of the dumpster
Dr. Tan and her staff has been taking care of both my girls Patlynn and Mariska since they were born she is a wonderful Dr and her staff is amazing. I would highly recommend for everyone to take their children to Dr. Tan.
We were billed the total amount for my sons visit. The receptionist said that our insurance had a deductible before they would pay anything (unicare), so we went ahead and paid for this even though we were skeptical. A month later, we received the insurance statement and I called the insurance co. to ask them if we should have been charged the whole amount, and they said no and we should have only paid \$35 copay (statement also showed this).
