Terrible service every time I go, unfriendly employees. I had a gift card for a full wash and wanted to upgrade and pay the difference. They wouldn't do it. I don't understand why, the gift card is already paid for, and I'm paying an additional $8. Nice management, or lack thereof.
Worst $ 13 car wash experience.... ever!.. ,, ........
When I got home & closed my door I noticed white film all over the place. So disappointed with how many employees had to of seen the obvious dirty car & ignored it! I called to speak to a manager & he said bring the receipt back the following day since I live 15 miles away.... Just left there after arguing with the different manager on shift trying to make excuses that I needed to purchase a higher priced wash. So I get the quality customer service I pay for! I hope everyone who views this goes somewhere else!
Possibly getting knocked off the pedestal I have always put them on:( just went today- extremely sloppy vacuuming. The older male manager was confrontational- the younger manager took it upon himself to make things right and apologized. It was a hot day, and obviously not an easy job to do. Hope the rain tunnel takes care of their employees and customers the way they could. Otherwise I guess I'm off to find out what the former Octopus wash under new owners is like.
