Recommendedi feel like a Karen for what I'm about to say . since most days we do love this place but yesterday was bad. pull up and an employee pulls his friends to the broken pay line and keys in a free was for both vehicles and pushes them to the front then when we are waiting 2/3s of the customers are roaming around with out masks even though the signs all say no mask no service eventhough employees are suffering with them on in 93 degree heat then we get in the car and vacuuming was not done didn't wipe any thing, windshield was st... read more

I've been going there for years now. Convenient and good job. I stopped today and waited for the attendants to push my mirrors back and dry them. Employee just stood there. I opened my door and asked if she could please wipe them. She said her boss wouldn't let her do that anymore. Dumb business decision. 5 seconds of your time just cost you at least 2-3 washes per month times 12. Do the math. And that's only on one of our 3 cars. Dumb, dumb, dumb.
They do a good job and reasonable price. Worth it

The very first time we went was great. (havent lived in ABQ very long) we recently went back again and paid the 15/17 and walked out unsatisfied. They didnt clean my dash or console at all. I had to go home and do it myself. I wont be back.
