Very terrible! Rude employees and a chaotic mess ! Don't waste your money . So disappointed. We drove away after we asked employee which lane to go in and was told your in the wrong place , go where ever you want .
Pay $20 to have your vehicle washed. Wiped down. Interior wiped. They ran it thru the machine and turned it over to me. Lazy ass people. No wonder outside companies are stealing your customers!!!! Take your vehicle somewhere else
So far they are only consistently bad! Just left there and they didn't wipe down the dash or the doors... even after the $2.00 increase in price!

We took one of our cars in to have the inside cleaned yesterday. When we got home we found they had left one of their wet cleaning rags on top of my husband’s suit coat, and we couldn’t find his tie that he had tucked inside the coat pocket. When we went back today to see if they had a Lost and Found, we were directed to Joe. Not one staff member apologized, and Joe argued with my husband that there couldn’t be a tie in their Lost and Found box, only to pull out a red plaid tie. Just got done at the Rain Tunnel. It was horrible! From the wait was promised 20 minutes to wait it ended up being an hour! There is still dirt on the outside for my vehicle, and the interior is still dirty! They took out my car seats which I didn't give them permission to do. For almost $60 I expected more!
They always do a grade a job on my vehicle. The extra accommodations are very much appreciated! The rain tunnel employees are always respectful and I always leave with my truck looking car show ready !!
