It's amusing that the owner complains to local media about the ART impact but when I decided to battle the traffic snarl to patronize them they are "closed for upgrades" �

I always go to Rain Tunnel they do such a good job, I'll never take my car to Mister car wash they just don't give you that customer service Rain Tunnel does I also like that Rain Tunnel is locally owned.
The two young men who dried and vacuumed my car did a great job. I left a tip to be told the workers don't get it the manager does. I will not tip again!
DO NOT take your vehicle here. My husband and I just took our not even 3 weeks old, brand new off the dealership lot, Mazda here and left with over 6 scratches that the management refuses to take ownership for. Extremely disappointed in their refusal to accept that this happened in their care and their poor customer service. We pride ourselves in supporting local business but we will never return.
Went there this morning, got a basic wash with the interior clean. Man, what a half done poor job. I was in a hurry and didnt really get to QC the work while i was there, but when i got a chance to look at it, it looks awful. Half wiped stuff, didnt vacuum very well at all. Excess cleaner literally dripping off some of the surfaces. Just shoddy work.
