We had gutters installed in September 2020. We noticed after heavy rains early spring that there was not a stop over the front walkway so the rain pours straight down on the plants, the sidewalk and anyone who walks through there. We contacted Rain Mizer in April, and have been put off with one excuse after another for them to come look at the issue and remediate what they didn't do correctly. My gutters were installed December 2017. The process was easy and I would say I received good service up to the point of payment and instillation. Short of the one year mark (November 2017), I had to get up on a ladder up towards the roof and realized that there is a section of the mesh leaf guard missing from the top of the gutter (about 2.5 feet) – when I say missing, it's like it was never installed.
