STAY AWAY. Company broke glove compartment. Got a 2000 Volkswagen Jetta detailed on December 12, 2008. for my wifes birthday. Noticed that the glove compartment was broken shortly thereafter. Called back Chris (owner), and he promised that he would fix it. He promised to get me paid back because "that is why I have insurance." After hounding him and his company for the next few months, I finally got a hold of him on Monday June 15, 2009. He then proceeds to tell me that he will not fix it, and accused me of trying to make him pay for a part that he did not break. This is a complete reversal of what he had promised me on the phone in December and January. Now I am out 250 dollars because that is how much it costs to get the glove compartment fixed. I am an officer in the United States Navy. I would never falsely accuse someone over any matter, especially for a mere amount of \$250. Now it is the principle that he lied to me on numerous occasions promising he would get it fixed. It looks like small claims court for sure, on the principle to defend my honor of his false accusations. Again, STAY AWAY. Not worth the cost if he or someone within the company breaks something in the vehicle.
