Before today, I would have given them a 5. I have multiple recalls that I have received in the mail this week for my Durango. Unfortunately, the only numbers listed for them are non working numbers. Online support is just random people with the same nonworking number. Now, I'm going to have to make a trip 30 miles away JUST to speak with someone about making an appointment. Tried for about an hour to talk to the service department today 7/30/18 to schedule my Jeep for repairs (kept going straight to voicemail) called Don Davis and the service department answered on the first ring. Got my Jeep scheduled for next week. Thanks Don Davis! It's called Integrity/ownership/urgency....
