The fact that I was treated with dignity and respect even before I reached the lot. Everyone there said hi to me and was pleasant to me, and let me check things out at my own pace. When I found the Rubicon I wanted, the test drive experience was simply unforgettable, because the vehicle was ready for me when I came back to test drive it for the day. We just bought a truck from there today, an excellent experience. They worked with us on some things most dealerships wouldn’t and had great pricing. We have had a long 3 months of searching for a truck, this dealership really helped us out. Our sales representative, Tommy Pausewang was amazing! Very friendly and welcoming and made sure he explained everything to the best of his knowledge, definitely would recommend this dealership!
These guys are the best. I’ve had to come back a couple of times for something very minor and I feel like I’m hanging out with my buddies. They come out and visit and joke around and really enjoy picking at me. It wasn’t a we sold you a car we don’t need you anymore kind of deal and I really appreciate them. For me it’s all about how I’m treated and they totally treated me right.
