I am from Louisiana and drove in on a Friday to see my husband in Lake Jackson, Tx.. my service transmission light came on in my 2016 Jeep Trailhawk an hour from my destination... Coastal Transmission Services in Clute Tx sent me to this dealership. All I can saw is wow Ms Jackie in the service department assured me she would do her best for me to have my Jeep back ASAP .. Before I leave a detailed review of how my experience is currently going, could I have the general manager of chastang contact me. UPDATE I was contacted by the general manager within a few hours of my review. He explained the issue I had was caused by technical difficulties. He worked with me to make sure I was a happy customer and made things right for me. The salesmen Reggie was extremely nice and treated me with respect and was able to get me a good price on my trade in. The truck I bought was cleaned and in excel shape.
We had a great experience dealing with Chastang. Chris King was very informative and helpful as we chose our Ram 1500. He went above and beyond in getting us the best deal possible to accomodate our family needs. It was a quick and easy experience dealing with a great finance manager, Tanya Raley. Outstanding service overall!!! We highly recommend choosing Chastang!!! We will definitely be back for our future purchases. Proud to be a part of the Chastang family!
