Nothing but complimentary things to say about my experience. Rafael is thorough, a great communicator and well-connected. His energy is infectious and despite any challenges that we encountered, he kept a positive attitude and reassured me it would not be a deterrent from selling my condo. From the moment he became my listing agent, he took complete ownership, but still managed to make me feel like I was a part of the process.
Rafael is the best agent! He's very responsive, has a lot of local knowledge, and I especially appreciated his knowledge about repairs/maintenance. He could answer everyone's questions with his own expertise which was better than us saying "you can get a GC to help you". From start to finish, he came with a clear outline and had realistic expectations of the market pace. A few of my friends and neighbors have also used him for his services since!
Rafael is an amazing realtor and person! He is incredibly knowledgeable, provides good insight and advice for the home buying process, and is attentive and quick. We were looking to buy a house in a time crunch and he was very responsive. He even brought some tools with him to the houses we were looking at to perform mini inspections and provided important insight. He went above and beyond to help us find our home and negotiate our offer. He made the process so much smoother!
