The most dishonest apartment I have ever lived in and they DO NOT return calls or answer emails. I wouldn’t recommend it!
Complete overhaul of their current onsite management team.
The place was great until the new management came along and then it went to complete trash. Their customer service was so poor and the talked down to you as if you needed to earn their business. The on site “manager” said that she’s come in and things are going to change, by the looks of the ratings it’s clear it’s gotten worse. Needless to say we broke our lease early and we never looked back.
