I have lived at Radius for only a month and a half and all of my belongings are covered in a layer of MOLD. The air vents in my apartment are spitting out black mold and Radius refuses to acknowledge that this is an issue. I have had to start using my inhaler for the first time in YEARS due to the mold triggering my asthma. I have been in a hotel for the past 4 nights that Radius refuses to cover. RecommendedI’ve lived at Radius for almost 2 years now and currently live here and love it! My neighbors are nice and quite. The view from my balcony is awesome! I live in one of the half renovated apartments and i think it is definitely worth the price I’m paying especially for convince of location!!! Grocery store is right down the street, downtown is less then 10 minutes away, and close to the interstate! I’ve never had a crazy major problem and Maintenance is usually quick to fix major issues. Roach motel, unprofessional people in the leasing office who lie and rarely answer phone calls. They’re all liars and scammers about fixing issues within the units. Overall a terrible experience, and there is literally nothing “luxury” about these big infested apartments and the employees in the leasing office should be FIRED. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
Terrible experience here. Management is great when your looking to move in but terrible once your living in the complex. My AC has been out for the past two and a half months. When I first attempted to address the issue maintenance came in my house at the start of the corona to tell me there is nothing they can do and shouldn’t even be in my house, but they can fix it from the roof. I've loved living here for the last year! If I wasn't moving I would be renewing my lease. The staff has always been helpful and kind to me and I was always impressed by the speedy response to maintenance requests. The size of the apartments and the proximity to downtown were impressive compared to the price. Would definitely recommend.
Not worth the money you pay for it. Bugs on the inside and old interior. Outside looks great but it’s a different story inside
Don’t move into this place unless you like having bugs as your roomies 🙂 literally the nastiest apt buildings ever. Doesn’t matter if you spray bug spray in your unit bc the whole building is literally eat up with bugs.
