This hotel appears nice. But the pictures are deceiving. Free breakfast is advertised and the website does pictures of a nice variety of items. However, when we woke up this morning we were told it was a grab bag consisting of a banana, a bottle of water, and a nutrigrain bar. Wtf is that?! Tthey could have at least had a sign stating that the breakfast advertised is unavailable. I am writing you in regards to our current stay at the hotel Spirit Mountain Duluth. Let me first start by saying when we arrived ee were assigned to room to 223. Upon arrival in the room. I had noticed that the bathtub was dirty. Please see attached pictures. Went down to the front desk spoke with them they moved us to room 233. Obviously it was a room upgrade, It was appreciated. I used to love going into the Radisson for all sorts of things. After seeing you side with white supremacists who physically injured members of the community this weekend, I'm disgusted. I cannot in good conscience give my money to a business that allows white supremacists in.

If you're going to be part of a community, if your building is going to be the centerpiece of downtown, you need to act like a member of the community. Hosting a group of Neo-Fascist racists who went into the streets to beat up homeless people and a couple veterans is a bad look, and until you make this right, the Radisson will not be getting any business from me.
Was planning on holding our wedding here. Really glad I never signed the contract. I was thrilled to find out the Radisson hosted the Proud Boys in Kzoo, and gave them a rallying point and protection before and after they went into town to attack a peaceful vigil and several homeless people. Real pillar of the community there, supporting hate groups.

The hotel itself is decent, as were the rooms. Noisy guests at 2 a.m. not so much. What really turned me off was that I made a reservation 3 days in advance and throughly looked over the fine print and no where did it state I was going to be charged a $150 cash deposit for "incidentals". Upon arriving at the hotel, I was asked for my ID and card to pay and THEN informed there would be a $150 CASH deposit. I'm sorry, but I didn't even pay $150 for the room, why in the world … See more
