We were told the pool slide is only on from 5-9 on weekends , so we checked in at 5 and were going to grab dinner at outback next door . At check in we were told we could only swim in 2 hour increments because of COVID-19 rules. It would have been nice to be told at booking, that did not happen and they didn’t tell other guests either . One of the workers had to supervise capacity which was ridiculous because he walked around checking on the 5 adults at the tables watching their kids swim. DISGUSTING GROSS EW NEVER AGAIN. FOUND A NEEDLE CAP UNDER THE AIR CONDITIONER. Spoke to someone who had been staying there for the weekend, they said when they got there they were placed in that room and asked to be moved because of the needle cap THE DAY BEFORE I CHECKED IN. So the room had been clean two times and the cap is still there? Customer service is horrible .. such a joke
