Incredibly LIVID! No rooms available to check in at 6 pm!! We missed reception time because no room available to change. Women changing in the public restroom. Ludicrous!!!!
Extremely disappointed with Radisson this past weekend. They offered a special VIP ticket for parade goers for a $50 presale. I was a little upset they doubled the price from last year with minimal increased benefits. However, when we got to the hotel we saw the price at the door for the VIP access was only $30! We asked for a credit or something and we were quickly brushed aside with a "No, sorry." What a horrible business decision and even worse customer service.
