Unkind to an essential worker
During this crisis they would not let their mailman us the restroom!
Couldn't even let your mail person use your restroom? Definitely will not be staying here....pathetic.
What happened to the mail man , you would not let him use the bathroom , and it was pouring rain out. Won’t be giving you my business anymore. Corona so I’m so sorry you have to go pee on a tree somewhere, you people forget who keeps you going
How dare you turn away a Mail person from using your rest room. Takes a real low life to do this when they are working to get you your mail during quarantine.

For $350.00 a night, you would think they would clean the scum off the jacuzzi tub. Previous guests’ garbage was still in the trash can as well. Filthy property. The front desk staff did offer to send someone up to clean the body grease and scum out of the tub so we could use it.
RecommendedWe had a great time staying here.. our first time to Scranton and couldn’t have picked a better hotel..
