I haveHappy been performing at Scranton Jazz Festival 14yrs and always the staff at Radisson has provided excellent help and service.
Really nice staff, very clean, beautiful historic hotel.
They have bed bugs don’t ever stay here !

Would have given 5 stars except our toilet wouldn't flush. When we told them in the morning they never came to fix it before we left :(

Fabulous hotel, the interior decor is a time capsule worth seeing, the staff is very accommodating, the food was first rate and very delicious, room was comfortable I would recommend this hotel too all and plan on returning soon.
The service in the Radisson is excellent. The cuisine in the hotel restaurant is outstanding. The location is also ideal as I attended an evening program at The University of Scranton, my alma mater. Highly recommended as well for its old world charm and stunning interior design. As a Radisson member, I received a discount on a jacuzzi suite, which was most comfortable for the night with checkout at 12:00 Noon EST.
