Was there with granddaughter to see Moana and the service was excellent the servers did a wonder job and the hotel itself was beautiful.
What a beautiful hotel. Rooms are great, food is good and the staff was awesome!
We had dinner and a show we saw Elvis and had a great time.
We came in with JZTours for a Shawn Klush concert! Friendly staff all around! Not one person was rude or acted like we were a bother. Needed a microwave for our room and it was delivered with in 5 minutes of our call with a smile on the persons face! They even brought it I. And hooked it up for us! The beauty of the lobby was simply breathtaking from before you enter the doors till in the center of the lobby looking up at the lead glass ceiling! Great hotel! Such a unique place to stay. The hotel staff went over and above to accommodate our large family. We would definitely stay here again!
I will never stay at this hotel again. I book rooms for parade day every year and learned my lesson this Sunday. Valet parked my car for me, handed me back the keys and helped me check in on Friday evening. Sunday at 1pm, I checked out only to find they never turned my car off. My car ran for two days straight, Heat on and all. After calling the manager to complain, I was asked “what are you asking of me?” Oh, I don’t know, educate your staff on how to park a vehicle and hold them accountable.
