Great location on the Lake. Parking a little tricky
My cousins from Austria were visiting America for the first time & stayed here on their way back to the Chicago airport. They accidentally forgot a windbreaker & scarf. I called the hotel, they located the missing items & mailed them to us in 3 days, so we can send them to our cousins back home in Austria. It was excellent service and helped them end their first trip here, on a very positive note.
I was very disappointed with this hotel. I had a large group of people staying here. All but one or two of us had dirty rooms, including one person who found rotting fish eggs in his. I was also unimpressed with the unprofessional staff member who decided to lie to some of my guests in order to cover the hotels own incompetence. To boot, when we signed our contract we were told there was a shuttle available for use to our event's location.
