RecommendedMy first night was....a bit much. A couple snuck in 15 kids....and construction in room next door. So my husband didn't stay Saturday night. But they gave us Sunday night stay so we could take advantage of pool. Our room was fabulous! View is amazing! Misty at front desk was so gracious! Our room service food was great! Accommodations are top notch! I really think Doubletree did all they could given the circumstances beyond their control! I highly recommend this property! Five star on all!! Thanks!
The employers were nice, the restaurant good food and it was under construction but they don't work weekends. Very relaxing sitting on the boardwalk watching the boats
The hotel itself is really nice. Amongst the renovations it truly is an updated hotel. Rooms are really nice. Views you cant beat. However coming from florida landing in chicago and driving around the towns all day. It would be really nice to have been able to reheat the food we had gotten or even too keep some drinks cold with a frideg. Overall happy with the hotel just add a microwave and fridge to the rooms!
It was under major renovation. Will rate again when I try the finished product.
