I wasn’t treated fairly, a lot of guests laughed and pointed there finger at our rich skin...
RecommendedI pretty much only stay at The Double Tree when I travel. And this is one of the nicer ones I must say. I’ve read other folks reviews of this one in Racine, I can’t imagine some of the issues they’ve had from my experience. But mine was wonderful. The only thing I think they should’ve had was balcony’s for the marina view rooms...lol But from the room to the restaurant, everything was nice...

Great location - but missed on the fundamental...room was not clean. Wet towels from prior guests hanging in closet and by sink. Moldy grout in the shower. Trash not emptied - leaves us wonder what else.

Terrific spot on the lake, can’t beat the location. When I checked in was was disappointed in room, the side mirror on the wall had big spots on it - and the toilet had soiled toilet paper in it, seriously, I stay at a lot of hotels, that was a first. Overall staff was pleasant, dinner on the back deck was good, breakfast buffet was okay, some of the food wasn’t near hot enough.
It was nice but the front desk guy was kinda rude. When I was checking in I couldn't hear him due to the house keeper vacuuming not sure if he was put off by me or her doing her job. Very expensive our room was ok but our headboard was broken and glued backed in a very messy manor not worth the price I paid. Loved the bar and grill and the wait staff were wonderful.
It’s was a fabulous location and excellent service
